The Ivy League **VANITY**

**Vanity** Dear Fellow FReepers:

I am counseling a group of high school seniors with a keen interest in attending the Ivy League - we have toured Princeton, Yale, Dartmouth and Harvard as well as Stanford. These are conservative (mostly Christian) students and I am well aware of the perils of the Ivy League - I've even had them read "Poison Ivy" and had them consult the NR's guide to colleges. I believe that they are prepared for the left wing bias.

That being said, (and NR giving Princeton more latitude for being fairer than other schools to diversity of thought) I am wondering if there are any Ivy League FReepers who can give me some advice to pass along to these young men and women. How to get in, how to write their applications, helpful hints for alumni interviews, etc.

THANKS for your help!

Dartmouth must allow a few to get in just so they have easy access to victims for ritualistic sacrifice.

I wouldn't recommend that any of them go to an institution with a record of activist leftism. Not only is it physically dangerous (since they believe in siding with criminals) but it is also mentally dangerous. Your preparation is going to go up against four years of 24/7 indoctrination. They're better off going somewhere where they'll get a better education value for their dollar.

The Ivy League (officially) is Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Dartmouth, Brown, Columbia, Penn, and Cornell.

No need to go there to get a decent education: and the students will most likely be taught (as they would at all research factories) more and more by grad students.

I would recommend a smaller liberal arts school, save the marquee name for grad school.

Cheers!
