I've been musing about emotional or psychological issues being in play in her current absence form the public eye. But what if something else is in play?
What if what Boortz came back from DC with has merit; that both the Dems in Congress and the Black Caucus in particular would prefer to see her opponent get the seat than her? Would they then feel the need to insert themselves into the election, say through the back door? You know, 'we have a man here who's not controversial, who's dedicated to the party and will be with us - etc etc etc'. If not pre election, then could they have seen the writing on the wall when her opponent forced her into a run-off and they've now made their desires known?
The KOs Kooks can cry and moan all they want about Diebold machines, GOP fixed elections (even when it's a Democratic Primary). But if they want to cry wolf over 'Not so [s]Kinney McKinney' then they should perhaps look closer to home.

Maybe, but I don't think Cynthia McKinney is the type of woman who would go quietly.

Maybe President Bush should buy a Kos ad. Somehow I don't think he's running for anything again.
Darn! I was seriously thinking about getting a bumper sticker that says "Cheney-Bush 2008 & 2012" and then watch DUmmies heads explode as I drive down the street! LOL!

I really don't see her that way either. But I also don't see her shutting herself off just because of a run-off in the primary unless other things are at play.
Hey, it's not my district and I only know what I read/see here on in the media. But something is strange about this silence.
Oops. My 'buddy' just came over and put his muzzle on my tummy. I think I need to spend a little time with him.
Bye!

Yeah, this has been a nice interlude, but I have an escalation teleconference coming up in 15 minutes, so I gotta go, too.

Don't bother. I did and hardly ever use it. And PJ claims we won't need one for his podcast. Just use your Real Player like you already do.

She's guilty of being an assertive black woman. That makes white conservatives and white pseudo-liberals very nervous.No. She's guilty of associating with Islamic terrorists, black racists, and jew-haters. She also has a penchant for making the most ignorant comments. Kinda like you..

I'll check it out. Does it require the IPod?

Another thing about ITunes for the IPod, the music format can't be conveniently burned to a listen-able CD. If you do a direct burn, the CD won't play in your car or home stereo. Must be something wrong with your burner. I've created several audio CDs from inside iTunes (including tracks downloaded from the store), and they play just fine in the car or stereo. Just make sure your "burn" settings say audio CD instead of data CD.

I've been involved in another thread that's been about this topic. My settings are correct. I can burn from Media Player or other downloaded software. But I cannot burn from ITunes. It's simple as that.
I have purchased a software app. called Tunebite which converts the ITunes format to mp3 or WMA. Now I convert all the music I download from ITunes to WMA, then burn the CD using my CD burner software (Sonic).
BTW, what happens when I burn a CD from ITunes, is I get a CD that displays the proper total minutes for the entire burn, but only 1 track. The CD plays but no sound comes from it. I've simply given up on it and am not interested in wasting any more CD's. But thanks for the comments.
