Are you aware that during the Cultural Revolution in Maoist China educators, professionals, and officials targeted by the mobs were forces to stand on chairs wearing placards with their names crossed out - confess their sins before the raving crowd - have things thrown at them - before they were murdered?Progressive, in every sense of the word.

Here is a FUnnie YouTube
VIDEO about Diebold stealing an election. The FUnniest thing is that the Democrats actually buy into this bit.

[Maybe President Bush should buy a Kos ad.] Somehow I don't think he's running for anything again, but a Pubbie that is running should. After all, since the Head KOmmie is accepting political ads, he must by law accept them all.

" Somehow I don't think he's running for anything again,..."All the better. The RNC buying a Bush add on KOs, even though he can't run again, would drive them nuts. Is there any doubt a portion of the KOs/DU community would buy in to the add?

W's face, a big thumbs up and a scrolling "Vote Republican" banner on the Daily KOS...priceless!

If stupid were nuclear warfare, that DUmmie in particular could start his own nuclear winter anytime his AC bill got too expensive.

LOL! I just got a phone call from a friend of mine from India---Lala. Very eccentric guy but a good guy. Last year he called me up just as Hurricane Katrina was arriving and said he wanted to see me at his place in Homestead. Of course, I told him that with Katrina just hours away from coming onshore, it wasn't exactly a good time to be driving down there. However, Lala kept insisting and claiming that it was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that I see him. After much arguing I declined to go down there especially since the winds were HOWLING outside. What happened is that Katrina (Cat 1) came within about 12 miles of me and then made an angle south. It never came near Homestead but dumped a lot of rain down there and Lala's house got completely flooded.
Okay, so what was so IMPORTANT that Lala just had to see me in the middle of a hurricane? Well, the reason is so BIZARRE that I have to save it for a Podcast (coming soon I hope) on the DUFUs since I need to imitate his vocal pattern to give the full effect of it. Trust me. It was BIZARRE.

the Republican machine in Georgia has put extra effort into unseating her. Her district is heavily black and Democratic-leaning, so this has in practice meant running a conservative in the Democratic primaryI had to stop right here. I didn't realize Georgia Republicans are so powerful that they are the ones who are selecting Democratic candidates. Good for them! Either that, or this statement makes no sense. No surprise.

I hadn't heard from Lala for months but he is always involved in all sorts of misadventures. For example, last year he had a brand new car stolen from him because he left all the doors unlocked. Anyway, he replaced that car with a brand new Humvee. Well, when I finally did get to his house a couple of weeks AFTER Katrina, he wasn't there even though he said he would be. However, his new Humvee was in the driveway so I checked it out. ALL the doors were unlocked. Not only that, after I waited a while I checked the door to his house. Also unlocked. I didn't enter his house to wait for him because that was the first time I was there and on the small chance I got his address wrong, I didn't want to walk into a stranger's house. So after waiting an hour, and unable to get him on the phone, I drove back to Lauderdale.
The story gets even STRANGER but I need to Podcast it to get the correct vocal effects. The way Lala speaks, I only understand about every third word he says but sort of get the gist of what he is saying.

Are you sure that is so? I thought they reserved the right to refuse based on "content".
There was an organization that bought a "Vote No On..." ad on the "501c3 non-partisan" Get Out The Vote site.
That is as much a no no as a candidate buying a campaign ad in the weekly church service handout.

So, how do we get podcasts? I don't see anything about them at your site.

She's guilty of being an assertive black woman.
Funny, people say the same thing about Condi. No, the problem with McKinney is that she's guilty of race-baiting, and being blazingly ignorant.

Okay, you've piqued my interest...make sure you ping us all when you release this one.
Unless it turns out that this visitation is what resulted in your "belted purse" epiphany, in which case I may have to go floss my cat or something...

I will have Podcasts in the near future on my site. Voice Podcasts. Some political. Some not. BTW, you DON'T need an iPod to listen to a Podcast.
