I think this place has been infiltrated by PAID disrupters, imho.I'm actually surprised someone at DU could make such a literary reference (unless it was a mistake, but anyhoo).
"The Distributors" is a short story by the great Richard Matheson about a guy who moves into a neighborhood and plants rumors and evidence that cause everyone in the nice, happy neighborhood to turn on each other, resulting in deaths, suicides, etc.
If DU IS in fact infiltrated by Distributors, PJ, you may have to start The Daily KOStic or something, because DU won't be around long!

I can't take you (DU) anymore!! Let the circular firing squad begin!

" Sundown is coming. The elves and the Brides of Dracula will rise up from their crumb-covered crypts and wander out into the DU graveyard, looking for fresh blood to keep their insane conspiracy theories alive, to make Janon Leopold a paragon of journalistic integrity, talent, and virtue, and truthout.org a website with a shred of credibility. They will, of course, fail, and get really testy about it. Especially those damn elves, who leave trails to the crypts for fresh brides and newly-minted delusional with long teeth." Does anyone need anything more than this to understand the dreamlike world that many DUmmies exist in?

[The going salary for LOUSY FREEPER TROLLS is $20 per hour.] Is that real hour, or "business hour"? In either case, I'm just $10 away from being a LOUSY FREEPER TROLL over at DU. Donate today!

Thanks for the multiple DUFU in the past few days! Seems like it's been a fertile field over at DU, and you've made it sooooooo much fun! I'm really looking forward to their next crackup - we know it's only a matter of time. Thanks again.

Tourette's CAN be controlled Unfortunately, B.I.T.S. resists treatment, even among the few afflicted who actually perceive it as a problem.

I can only imagine the DUmmie savaging of Pied Piper Pitt if/when he returns to DUmmieland.
I read some of the threads on the non-indictment. The Pitt groupies seem to have forgotten he had anything to do with it all. The rest also seem reluctant to bring up Pitt. Look at the way Skinner wimped out yesterday when asked directly about him.

Why the f*ck is everyone attacking Fitzgerald? Leopold? The Keebler Elves??? "Hey, leave us elves alone!"

This reminds me of an old Twilight zone episode where all the people on Elm street turned on each other because of a rumor of alien infiltrators or something.

I'm wondering if there is a 'divide and conquer' plan at work There must be, because after all, nothing "bad" that happens could ever by YOUR fault, could it?
