As for the other achievements, there used to be a deck of 52 Iraqis wanted dead or alive. I don't have an exact count, but I'm guessing that approximately 52 of them are dead or in custody. Plus, there was this little matter of allowing the Iraqis to vote, form their own government, draw up a constitution, and stop threatening Saudi Arabia and Israel. That has also happened.
