The DUmmies went crazy over this. PJ's first thread (of several) included a post by a DUmmie that included the term 'Freudenschade, Baby!'

The first thread was amusing. The later threads -- after the DUmmies realized that they had been had and angrily turned on Pied Piper Pitt -- were some of the most hilarious DUFU threads EVER. (The capper, dissecting the INTERMINABLE "apology" Pitt posted when he finally worked up the courage to return to DUmmieville, may be one of the greatest threads in FR history.)

Home now but, unfortunately, BlogSpot appears to be having problems. Slow as molasses. I checked in the NewsGroups and others are currently experiencing the same problems so it is not just me. Need to way until they can resolve the problem. Of course, it will be about DUmmie reaction to the Zarqawi death.

I wasn't aware you posted the DUmmie FUnnies on your blog before you posted them here; I had always thought you did it simultaneously, or did freerepublic first.

For the meantime, until the excresence passes, just grab a cold one, and sit back and enjoy watching the DUmmies vexate and hate and ruminate about today's events; it's always better than watching a good comedy show on television.
