I won't argue with you. There are a number of important reasons that the Dhimms must be kept out. Which one is most important may depend on what you ate for breakfast this morning.

On a more serious note, it really doesn't matter which issue you think is the most important. The Dims seem to be wrong on all of them. It their world-view. Perhaps that is the most important issue.

The problem is this: illegal immigrants tend to be indigent, and they don't have health insurance, so when they get sick, they go to the emergency room. Since they can't pay, and the hospitals are not going to turn away someone who needs medical care, they either operate at a loss, or charge paying customers more for their services, or a combination of the two. But they can't operate at a loss indefinitely. Eventually, they go under, and everyone who relied on that hospital loses.
