Al Gore has also been unwilling to make a definitive statement, but the response he gave the magazine was chilling. . . .ALGORE CAUSES GLOBAL CHILLING
To: PJ-Comix
Gave me chills when he said that. See?
To: PJ-Comix
You know, right after the election of 2000 finally ended, one of the major papers, I forget if it was the NY Times, or the Washington Post, whatever, did an article saying that Gorey blamed Clinton for the fact that he LOST the election, and that Clinton blamed Gorey for not using him enough in the election as the reason Gorey LOST. Now what part of that don't these morons understand???
To: PJ-Comix
Is he afraid that if he comes out strongly, mobs with pitchforks will beseige DC? All 27 of you who showed up in Lafayette Park on The Day When Everything Finally Changed.

You must admit Kerry's nonplussed reaction to 2004, specifically that there was no substantive evidence of fraud in Ohio that would have changed the outcome of the election, has resurfaced again and again like a bad meal of tainted clams. It made this poor DUmmie cry:

It's good to see you back.

Al Gore has also been unwilling to make a definitive statement, but the response he gave the magazine was chilling, and at least explains how seriously he takes this issue, and why it might not be in the best interest of the country for a leader like himself to come out clearly in support of those who claim both elections were stolen.Actually, it would not be in the best interests of ALGORE to come out now and publicly proclaim "STOLEN ELECTION", lest the vast majority consider him a raving loony, who should NOT be allowed anywhere near the NUCLEAR FOOTBALL.....or anything sharp or pointed....

Does he, like many Democrats, think the election was stolen? Gore pauses a long time and stares into the middle distance. There may come a time when I speak on that, November 5th, 2008 comes to mind.....

[I have to give Al Gore credit for conducting a Non-Campaign Campaign. See, he gets TONS of publicity with his travelling Environment Shtick without having to get down to the dirty details of conducting a political campaign. . . .] He does seem to be making some hay out of it:
To: PJ-Comix
And now we have Al Gore REFUSING to answer a direct question put to him as to whether he thinks the 2000 election was stolen. "Uh, what was that? I'm afraid I didn't hear the question."
To: PJ-Comix
If only I'd known that my innocent post would snowball into the biggest ping list on FR . . . well, I'm not sure what I'd have done differently. ;)
