"just because we are not perfect, does not mean we are not good."

I'm not criticizing any of the comments here. And I agree completely with the above statement. Our belief in that statement is, only one example, where we differ with the Socialist Left. We see the good, and what has been accomplished since 911. All they see is bad, because it fits with their image of their position in life. That being America's fault (in their eyes), it becomes easy for them to assign crimes to America during wartime, rightly or wrongly.

Yes, those crimes can, and sometimes do, happen. But that doesn't make America per se at fault; only those people who committed or condoned those crimes.

Does anyone doubt that certain G.I.'s are committing war crimes? . . . does anyone actually doubt that certain of our soldiers are indeed mad dog killers? No, I'm not saying they all are, but many are. We've seen the evidence over and over.

I have seen the evidence NEVER AND NEVER. What I HAVE seen "over and over" is you DUmmies laying out your outrageous presuppositions, saying "there's all this evidence," but YOU NEVER DOCUMENT THE EVIDENCE.

this was a rape and pillage occupation contrary to international law against a weakened country

Oh, for a return to the days of those great humanitarians, Saddam Hussein & Sons!

THOSE WERE UDAY'S
Tune: "Those Were the Days"

Boy, the pranks Qusay would play!
Loved to gas the Kurds away.
But those rapes that wedding day--
Those were Uday's.

And you didn't dare complain
Or you'd gain a world of pain.
Mister, we could use a reign
Like that of Saddam Hussein.

Didn't need no polls to tell
Who would rule this living hell.
Gee, our old Iraq ran swell--
Those were the days!

I believe there are a lot of rapes we dont hear about.

And the fact that we DON'T hear about it is PROOF that it's happening! < /DUmmie logic>

Conspiracy Theorist Rule #1: The total lack of evidence to support the conspiracy theory is evidence in and of itself that a cover-up exists.

Corollary: Being a conspiracy theorist means never having to admit that you're wrong.

Right! There is nothing falsifiable about those theories. They are always True. I hate them even, or maybe especially, when Conservatives buy into them..

The DUmmies on the other hand, for all of their wailing, their teeth gnashing, their "outrage," sit crying at their computers and have not been able to do a damned thing to get their own "tyrant" removed.

As somebody already noted, what does it say about the DUmmies if they really believe that the United States has been taken over by an evil fascist regime, but don't do jack about it except bitch to each other on the Internet?

I have NO idea where the DUmmies get this notion that the "mainstream" media is in a "Support the Troops" mode.

In fact, excuse me, I get another impression.

I get so ticked off about this that I make it a point to thank everyone in uniform that I encounter--and here in Nebraska, we got plenty of "brown" people in uniform (usually Navy, for some reason, with a fair smattering of Marines)--not only thank them for all that they are doing for me, but also for what they have done for the Iraqis.

Anyone in uniform, even if a broad-bottomed desk-sitting bureaucrat at the Pentagon, is ten times the man I am--and two thousand times the man any DUmmie is.

Because you are a Dummie Funnie Junkie Nutbag just like the rest of us.

Well, think like a DUmmie. Whenever the local TV affiliates let hometown soldiers say "Merry Christmas" to their families during the holidays, their blood boils.

"By that we can establish the trutheosity of it, right?"

I don't know. Maybe we need to consult the local trutheologist.

10. Unfortunately, the killers are always able to justify themselves.

Jesse MacBeth did not impress anyone.

Uh, we may want to show a little restraint on this issue at this time. See the following post for details:

No we don't. They believed a liar. They've been screaming since the war began that this is an everyday occurance. It isn't. Pointing out the truth is NEVER a bad thing where DUmmies are concerned.

I wasn't refering to the DU ramblings about MacBeth. I'm saying there is another story out there, and before we go off the deep end on the issue of military crimes, we should be aware there is another situation developing. THAT'S ALL!!!

I never said this was an everyday occurance. I never implied the DU'ers were right. I'm merely pointing out another developing story.

What you said was Uh, we may want to show a little restraint on this issue at this time.

We don't. Even if this story that you posted is true, it is not the norm as the DUmmies portray. Whether we comment or not they'll scream "tip of the iceberg"! It makes no difference. Meanwhile, we laugh at them for believing every liar that comes along from Murtha to MacBeth to the GI Joe doll they were sure was being held captive.
