If U.S. troops were truly doing this, you'd have heard about it long before now. I don't know what this guy's agenda is, but I seriously doubt the credibility of this report.

The fact is, governments depend on the support of their people for the tax revenue and the manpower to fight a war.
Propaganda IS a part of war. Unfortunately, in our world, the enemy gets to put out its propaganda and the political minority in our country gets to use it..in fact... provide it.
