Contrary to other reports, some of which may have emanated from the Rove camp in order to create diversions and smokescreens, the meetings at Patton and Boggs did not last 15 hours nor was a 24-hour notice of intent to indict delivered to Rove.

Lemme get this straight -- Rove's "camp" floated rumors about indictments against himself???

Wtf would he have to gain by doing that?

Who is blazes is Wayne Masden? Never heard of him.
What is he, some kind of super-lefty blog?

See previous message -- he's SO far gone into moonbattery that even Democratic Underground won't accept him as a legitimate source.

Do you remember Bush's surprise visit to Baghdad, Thanksgiving Day, three years back?

In an article about the secrecy of the visit, published the following day, the Washington Post made a typo. I don't remember whether it was that "a.m." and "p.m." got switched, or "sunset" and "sunrise". But that typo fell on Wayne Madsen like a revelation from God, and he ran with it (for three entire days):

The President wasn't eating Thanksgiving Dinner with the troops! No! It was THANKSGIVING BREAKFAST! Made to LOOK like Thanksgiving Dinner! Air Force One landed in the middle of the night, and our soldiers were blasted out of bed at four in the morning and forced to participate as props in a deceitful photo-op!

This went on for the entire Thanksgiving weekend. Even after the Washington Post corrected their error. Even after other lefties begged him to quit embarassing himself. Even after dozens of people tried without success to explain time zones, our planet's rotation on its axis, and the sun's position in our solar system. No, Wayne had his story, and he was sticking to it no matter what. Gosh, I wish I had bookmarked that thread. It was hilarious and excruciating.

PJ, just thought you'd like to know that Wayne Madsen is now on board the Hoaxmas train, too.

This guy is one of the left wing wackos. You should see some of the articles coming from his web site in the past. A very few have proven to be true...HOWEVER ALMOST ALL DO NOT.

The report is silly. I think Rove is now off the hook, but Richard Armitage may not be.

I still don't see how Libby's testimony was material if Bob Woodward et al, leaked Plame's to the public to begin with.

UNC and Kansas will both be stacked next year. Would love to see that matchup as a final. I don't see Florida and tOSU being in the same class.

I know Florida returns 5 starters from a championship team, but even their own coach admits that they probably would not have won it were it to be played over.

Next year's final four

1) UNC - East Rutherford
2) Texas - St Louis
3) Kansas - San Antonio
4) Ohio State - San Jose

UNC over Texas
Kansas Over Ohio St

UNC over Kansas
