But he "was a McCain guy".
*rolling eyes*
While I have my own issues with Bush, he has been a heck of a lot better than Kerry would have been. When Bush has been "good", he's been great. When he's been "bad", he's been an outright Democrat.
Seems everyone has a different opinion of "good" and "bad" though.
Maybe he'll address the argument in AlloySteel's 100 year evaluation period.
To one Doug from another PING, since Doug McInLiar is a SoCal loco (err, local).
This guy is one of the whiniest, snarkiest, vacillating rubes I've ever heard. I had the misfortune of seeing him in person last year at the Battle of the KABC Talk Show All Stars (along with Al Rantel, Larry Elder, and Mr. KABC). This guy is on every side of every issue, and whines when he does it.
He is entitled to his opinion, as I am to mine: 790 does not get pressed on my dial, except for Larry Elder, Mark Levin and Tammy Bruce.
My daily routine, if I even feel like following politics anymore, is:
Rick Roberts on KFMB
Rush (of course)
personal music from 12-3
Larry Elder/Hugh Hewitt,
Frank Pastore on KKLA 99.5FM.
No McInLiar or ManCowpile in the Morning for me.
Good troll baiting thread!
Barf alert?
Funny thing.
I think Bush's decision to overthrow Saddam Hussein and attempt to transform the vermin infested MIddle East was ONE OF THE FEW THINGS HE HAS DONE CORRECTLY (as possible.)
I'm more upset at GWB's attempt to turn America into a third world culture by opening the southern border floodgates.
In fact, I KNOW the terrorists will never be able to overthrow or cause great harm to continental US.
But America could easily become balkanized, with an obstinate Mexican have'not society demanding (and getting) their way through a series of mini- civil war type actions.
If you doubt it, just look at the millions who have been pouring out into the public streets the past weeks, waving (with impugnity) the Mexican flag while touting communism as the best way to topple the gringo govt.
If these mobs ever get the vote, and they might thanks to the Democratic Party and the liberal wing of the GOP, then we can begin to kiss our way of life goodbye, and begin to teach your children and grandchildren how to count in pesos and how to talk Spanish.
Re: the photo in 37:
Has anyone seen this guy and Elton John in the same place?
The validity of such an irrational pronouncement can best be judged by the absence of whom he would have voted for and how he guesses things might have gone better.
Bush's rating with me is down in the lower two digits, but I can't think of any democrat or independent that might have done a better job.
Bottom line? I would vote for him again.
Well dummy that is because the Bush Admin never said Saddam did 9/11. It is the liberal left that spread that junk around.
My shooting was aimed at the author, not the poster, if that's what you mean.
FWIW, I'm pretty disappointed in Bush these days too, but not for the tired old repetitive myths of the Left. There was just too much Bovine Excrement in the article for me to take it seriously.
I meant the author. No misunderstanding there.
They should all get together for the good of the country. Democrats, Republicans, and McCain.
Et cetera, blah blah blah
And, of course, I was sickened also by the McCain preference.
You can't be equating Iraq, an elective procedure at best, with the war against Nazi Germany, can you? If so, shame, shame on you.
This explains alot about this guy, and the way he thinks about President Bush.
I am not happy with President Bush on some issues, mainly spending, and Border/illegal issues. However, in the contest for worst President, Bush does not even make my list. I noticed one that is near the top of my list of worst, namely Clinton, is not on this man's list, which also tells you alot about this guy.
Pretty decent liberal rant here, I didn't notice that he left out any dem. talking points, well tuned by liberals I guess. Wouldn't be surprised to see him offered slots on many talk shows, due to his grasp on the Dem. talking points.
I'm not a Bushbot by any means, but this guy
is a bottlefed MSM baby.
Hopelessly ignorant, from McCain on.
Yawn.
