The National Anthem of the United States of American was written in English and has been sung in English, until now. Coming as illegal immigrants from Mexico prepare to stage a mass walkout on Monday, May 1 the Spanish version is called Nuestro Himno.
The scheduled walkout is intended to show Americas dependence on illegal immigrants by a forced economic impact created by the absence of a large segment of the workforce. They are, for the lack of a better word, striking for equal rights. The problem is that they have entered the country illegally and are literally about to bite the hand that feeds them.
As if the walkout were not insult enough, they have put salt in the wound by rewriting the National Anthem in Spanish and calling it Nuestro Himno or Our Anthem. . .

Maybe it is time to show THEM how much they are NOT needed. Just a thought.
I agree, I hope that we see a National Unity on Monday that renders their demonstration insignificant.
They want a Spanish National Anthem, here it is:

Come to think of it, as a Texas monarchist, maybe that is MY national anthem.
Wikipedia Definition-May Day has long been a focal point for demonstrations by various socialist, communist, and anarchist groups. In some circles, bonfires are lit in commemoration of the Haymarket Riot usually right as the first day of May begins. In the 20th century, May Day received the official endorsement of the Soviet Union; celebrations in communist countries during the Cold War era often consisted of large military parades and shows of common people in support of the government."

Viva Espana!
There is no question the socialists are behind this. I wish they would round up all the demonstrators and deport them and their demonstration.
Well, if law enforcement folks are excercising them brain cells of theirs, they'll be takin' pictures of these folks all dolled-up in their Sunday best...
V. Arriba Espana!
R. Arriba!
Dare to dream
Hammer the politicians who have allowed this to happen, have even encouraged it John McCain, Ted Kennedy, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton, and the entire Congress. The American Citizens have been howling for something to be done on our borders, but none would listen to the citizens of this country instead they pandered to people euphemistically called undocumented aliens. Senators, they are illegally here so do something!
Thank heavens for our wonderful American Minutemen!
Monday happens to be National Law Day. Interesting, isn't it.
Does anyone know where I can find the lyrics to this abomination? I hear it's not that close an interpretation. And I've heard clips of it. The melody does not resemble our Anthem at all.
You will. We need to make sure that the rino and rat senators realize that if they vote for amnesty they will lose their job next time they face the voters.
Time to make English the official language of the United States!
I don't have the lyrics, but I heard on H.H. that it was produced by a British musician.
I agree . . . McCain, get back on your side of the aisle and quit hanging out with Kennedy.
