And why the chicken hawk? When we looked into it, it turns out that the chicken hawk is a pretty impressive predator. It's the largest of its family. This species vigorously defends its territory, getting even more aggressive when the conditions get harshest. It adapts to all climates. Most impressively, it feeds on chickens, mice, and rats. Make of that what you will.I just saw this over at CQ, and liked it well enough to include it in my morning update.
CQ's "comments" sections have the usual trolls, disruptors, and monkey-feces throwers coming out of the woodwork to chant "Cheney, draft, chickenhawk!" and other memes & DNC talking points.
It's rather amusing to watch the regular members there slap them down, again & again...

This new group is a great idea. (I think it's too bad it doesn't appear under news/activism at FR, where more people will see it.)
The whole "chickenhawk" argument from the left is dumb and un-American. I'm glad it's given a spark of inspiration to the right side of the blogsphere.
