Debbie the Dunce (The image that is a gift to the GOP opponent against Stabenow)

Senate Democrats are having a really bad week. And guess what? Their Republicans colleagues just love to poor it on. Circulating around Capitol Hill and political circles in Michigan tonight is a photo of Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D.-Mich.) on the Senate floor speaking at podium next to a sign that reads: Dangerously Incompetent. (Hat tip to Michigan GOP Chairman Saul Anuzis.)
Stabenow has handed Senate Republicans, not to mention her eventual GOP opponent in November, a perfect image to plaster across billboards all over Michigan. Have Democrats no common sense? Oh, right. I forgot I was talking about the party led by Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and Howard Dean.
Its amazing how foolish Democrats are behaving. Meanwhile, Republicans, on the ropes about the Dubai ports deal, have found a new punching bag.

When I saw it yesterday on C-SPAN I thought "My God! That's GOP campaign material right there"

On the other hand, color-coordinating the sign with her jacket does show fashion sense.

I was amazed to see that graphic on Drudge.
Surely someone must have realized how that could be taken.
Glad no one told her though.

I didn't think it would develop into much of a headline story. Needless to say, I got quite a chuckle from it when I saw it on C-SPAN.

Couldn't be better than if it was tatooed on her forehead.

Drudge, C-SPAN, Free Republic.

I dont think that going after her weight is going to be a smart move. There are many heavy democrats and republicans. It would be like going after her skin color, trashy.
