Oh, I don't know any of the legal jargon. All I'm saying is that in my eyes, Michael was the one who got things started with the court getting involved. I thought that's what was being discussed. It's very possible I misunderstood. I've heard lots of complaints that the Schindlers were the ones who got the court involved in this, but that's not true at all. At least not IMHO.

I think they were complaining that government got involved, mostly. Of course, the judicial branch is the 3rd branch of government that always steps on the other two branches. Sandra Day O'Connor would like to keep that way too.
