The Official Death of the Theory of Evolution – 2/25/2006

Theorem Name: The Illusion of Evolution DOA Theorem
Theorem: There are not enough reproductive life cycle generations available in the projected age of the Universe to allow even the most basic form of evolution.

Note: This Theorem looks at the Theory of Evolution from a completely abstract point of view. The formulas and discussion are presented from an Evolutionist point of view. This doesn’t necessarily represent the view of the author.

AoU – age of the Universe. (1)
AvRpdCyc - average reproductive life cycle generation (2)(3)
TotalRpdCyc – total reproductive cycles in the age of the Universe.

AoU = 10 billion = 10,000,000,000 years
AvRpdCyc = 100 per year (2)(3)
TotalRpdCyc = AoU * AvRpdCyc = 1,000,000,000,000 = 1 Trillion

In the whole age of the Universe, there are only about 1 Trillion opportunities for something to evolve to a different state – eventually Man. (this is very generous)(3)

MM - Mega Millions Jackpot Odds
MM = 175,711,536
TotalRpdCyc / MM = 1,000,000,000,000/175,711,536 = 5,691

In order to believe the Theory of Evolution, you have to believe the odds of going from Rock to Man are only 5,691 times greater than winning the Mega Millions Jackpot.

  1. Some say 20 billion years – based on scientific estimation.
  2. I’m using 100 average reproductive cycles per year.
    I’m taking into consideration that the Theory of Evolution is based on things moving from simple states to more complex. Some cells reproduce quickly. Mankind would be around 12 years at the best. (3)
  3. This is overly fair. Evolution has been intently studied for over 100 years and there is no evidence of anything evolving in the last 100 years.
  4. Check the Mega Millions statistics for reference.

Note: If something is wrong with the math, please show me. The numbers are not presumed to be absolutely correct. You can play with the numbers. Throw in a few million here and there. No matter what numbers you consider, there aren’t enough reproductive life cycles in the projected age of the Universe to produce the simplest form of life.

"People who live separated from God have to believe in garbage like evolution. Because if they don't, then they have to face the truth and that can be a very personal experience. So they go on believing that we descended from pond slime and stay willfully oblivious to God's purpose in their lives."

Most people who accept evolution in the USA are Christians.

I respectfully submit to you that you don't know Jesus Christ and the God of the Bible.>>>

I not so respectfully submit to you that you are a religious bigot. Who are you to say I don't know Jesus? Are you God?

"Who are you to say I don't know Jesus? Are you God?"

Far from it. I'm just a person that reads the Bible, and believes what it says. I'm just trying to encourage you to do the same. It is not my intent to insult you, or to trade insults with you. If you want to call me a bigot or compare me to an Islamist, praise God. The Lord Jesus was called much worse. I don't matter, and I am so much trash not worthy of God's grace. Knowing and trully believing that humbles me, and makes me seek God on His terms, not my own. I hope He will be gracious and humble you also, for your eternal good and to glorify Himself.

God is a simple Being in His essence. We are reduced by our finitude to referring to His "attributes", but He is ONE.

The issue at hand pits two worldviews, each with its own faith propositions, against one another. At heart, in the absence of evidence subject to the scientific method (in the sense of being a present observer in the stands for the so-called "big-bang"), one will believe what he wants.

Many, ultimately, cannot suffer a Consuming Fire, righteous in indignation against His enemies, and because of the prospect of Divine retribution set out to dedicate their lives to the disproval of such a being. Many such are thought of as great men - and in their own way, they were. In this group I would include men such as Darwin, Marx, Haeckel, the Huxleys, Buffon, and many others going back to ancient Greece and before.

Many others follow them on the naturalistic front, probing deeply into the natural mysteries of the earth, finding great satisfaction in doing so, interpreting the data through their forebears' lenses, but do not hold a vendetta against the Creator but simply haven't spent the time to reconcile two very different worldviews. These men are our great scientists of today - most pretty decent people and sound minds.

But everyone starts somewhere: either there is a God Who cannot lie, there is no God, or somewhere in between.

February 25 is a death day.

One year ago, on Feb. 25, my father in law died of lung cancer.

A few days ago, on Feb. 25, Don Knotts ("Barney";"Mr. Furley") died.

Many years ago, 19-year-old Sean Marsee died on Feb. 25 from mouth cancer he got from dipping - awaking the nation to the deadly risks of that habit.

February 25, 2006, probably will not mark the death of a theory that has become institutionalized to the point of dogma in virtually all major academic and scientific circles. But whether the theory was ever sound in the first place (in either its original or any of its subsequently evolved incarnations) is very much up for debate.

Yep! That's it! I couldn't remember the term for it. I've noticed that when you ask leftist to verify their utter B.S. with actual facts, that they sputter and stammer about how "everybody knows". But if you press them, they just get mad.

Bibliolatry - no. Christians (specific meaning) believe scripture because it is God's word on the matter. It is far more trustworthy than the conjecture of a bunch of pointy heads that from generation to generation think themselves smart because they finally figured out that their last great truth was bunk and replaced it with the next great bunk.. er truth.. Today you think yourselves smarter because you no longer believe in a flat earth or bleeding to get rid of the bad blood making Washington sick.. And in your super-enlightened state, you think conjecturing about evolution makes you wise. One thing's for certain, Language may change.. faces may change.. and the people involved in the conjecturing may change; but, fools thinking themselves intelligent and wise never change.

Sorry, but there is no vicar of Christ in Christianity.. Just as there is no blood sacrifice in Christianity. Roman Catholicism is its own religion and the Pope is the head of it. Christians don't know a pope, have no Vicar to bow to and have no priestly caste offering bloody or "unbloody" sacrifices. There is no priesthood in the traditional sense in Christianity.. Any idiot with eyes and an understanding of language can read through the New Testament and will search in vain for any mention of a priesthood or blood sacrifice in Christianity.

Christ was sacrificed before pentecost and before salvation was possible. It wasn't until he Rose again that Christianity became a fact. No sacrifice took place thereafter. The death and resurrection sealed Christianity into existance. These facts are inescapable, bold, obvious and without answer.

Christianity has no blood sacrifice - Roman Catholicism does.
Christianity has no Vicar - Roman Catholicism does.
Christianity has only Christ at the head of the church.
Christianity has no Priesthood to offer blood sacrifices.
Christianity has no seperate hierarchical clergy - all are equals.
Christianity is not a "philosophy" nor is philosophy any part of it.

One can go on and on with this; but, I think the point is aptly made. The prior individual's comment stands.

"No matter what numbers you consider, there aren’t enough reproductive life cycles in the projected age of the Universe to produce the simplest form of life."

Your "numbers" don't seem to show anything that comes to this conclusion. If they do, please point it out and why these numbers prove anything.

"Christians don't know a pope, have no Vicar to bow to and have no priestly caste offering bloody or "unbloody" sacrifices."

It didn't take long for this to deteriorate into uninformed Catholic bashing.

No bashing going on here - just stating the facts. Instead of dealing with them, you claim some imaginary "grieved" status and play the martyr. Perhaps you could be intellectually (or just plain) honest and deal with the facts or be quiet. Feigning distress over imaginary boogiemen is beneath you and an insult to all of us.

A much more direct approach is to laugh at you and automatically skip over any of your future posts. Which I shall now endeavour to do.

A much more direct approach is

Direct? Since when. It is no more direct than your first approach at dodging the truth. How is a dodge more direct than a dodge. If you want to dilude yourself, go right ahead. The fact remains that Roman Catholicism and Christianity are two seperate and distinct religions. Seperate and distinct. Laugh and run all you wish, the facts will not change.
