Since Arnold pulled off T3 (which was an okay movie), I think Stallone could pull off Rocky 6.

Come on, he is such a liberal gun grabber how could a freeper go to this movie? The guy is right up there with Sean Penn. These guys hang with all the liberal know nothings and then fail to realize that liberal vegetarian treehuggers don't go to see these kind of movies. How smart is that?

that is why I would sneak into the movie! Sly does give money to both sides so he is hardly in Penn's league.

First off ... it's a movie about a boxer that has not included any political messages in the past. I've checked out part of the new script and nothing has changed, in that regard.

Second ... Stallone gave the gun speech within a very short period of Phil Hartman's murder. They were close and he admits to being emotional for a long period of time afterwards.

Politically he's all over the map having written checks for Jerry Brown and Barbara Boxer, in addition to John Ashcroft and Rick Santorum.

"I'm not right wing, I'm not left wing," says Stallone. "I love my country."

an actor who was concerned about future acting finances would simply not discuss politics, ever. He knows he is going to p.o. about half his possible audience no matter what he says. I am baffled that some entertainers complain about consumers making different choices when they spout off about this or that, and then yap about 'censorship' while demonstrating no understanding of the meaning of the term. The personality selection for being a successful actor does not require having a clue about anything else, apparently.

Just a few ... the media pushes their names while they continually fail at the box office ... once they've pushed their arrogance, it's all down hill.

Yahoo! image search only pulled up THREE photos of Janeane Garofalo! rotfl And two of them were shared with others ..

Hollywood special effect are amazing! I saw Stallone last night with Jackie Kallen at the Jimmy Lange fight, and he looked like he was an old grampa: he was shrunken, sallow, wizened, with thinning hair, and he had one of those Hollywood tans that somehow mimic a chronic skin disease. He looked really bad, and I thought, Wow! Rocky and Rambo are in the long past. There's no way he could play those roles anymore.

BTW, poor Jimmy Lange, for all the hype and hoopla, didn't make it out of the third round.

He looks poor in the face ... but, I saw him at the airport about a month ago and he was anything but shrunken! He had transplants years ago (I would guess) nevermind being seen in public without his best foot forward.

Are you sure you didn't see Frank? lol

I'm not interested in their views, I just want them show me enough respect to not confront me with them, sounds like Stallone tries to keep himself under control for his audience, I'm ok with that.
