9th Circuit- partial birth abortion is a Constitutionally Protected Right.

Partial birth abortion or any abortion for that matter is not a "constitutionally protected right" but rather a abstract, vague and reaching translation of the fourth constitutional amendment written to protect people from unwarranted searches and seizures.

Abortionist are quick to claim that somehow the baby growing inside them is their own body/person and so government can't tell them what they can't and cannot do with it. Problem is that scientifically speaking, the fetus is NOT the woman’s body but a unique genetically distinct human being, separate from the mother but dependant upon her for nourishment and protection (ironic).

The fetus therefore is neither the "body" nor the "property" of the mother, actually making interference with its life by anyone including the mother, a direct violation of both the fourth amendment as well as the thirteenth amendment. Fourth because even a fetus has the right to be secure in its own person and the thirteenth because it abolishes slavery.

Abortion violates the constitution. Anyone who claims otherwise either a complete and utter fool or they have an agenda that seeks to undermine the constitution…not uphold it.

Most babies can survive at the age at which partial birth abortions are done. If the pregnancy needs to be terminated for the life of the mother, deliver the baby live and put it in neo-natal ICU. It's been done before for parents who WANT the baby.
