I have an incredible story that I will publish because my military sources are 100%: "VP Cheney is stepping down for health reasons. He will be replaced by Senator Frist." I am attempting to get further confirmation.

VP Cheney was on Rush's program today and he sounded very healthy to me.
I doubt this until I hear it from Cheney or the President.
