Couldn’t help but catch some of the classic rock songs in recent television commercials.

I get such a kick out of hearing the old classics being used for commercials these days.

Hasn't a Jimmy Hendrix song been used for a commercial recently?

Sigh. I was recently informed by my better half that the song we chose for our first dance together as husband and wife now backs up a cat food commercial.

I told my 19 year old son that he'll know when he's getting old when he starts hearing the crap he listens to on car and shoe commercials.

Does Pete Townsend really need more money?

I love "Turn the Page" by Seger, but in parts of "Like a Rock" he sounds like he's trying to pass a rock.
