Very true. The Dems are stuck with their left wing and not much else.
The politically active Democrats are mostly far left, and they give the money IMO.
The ones that might be Democrats and are closer to the political center are IMO not that into daily politics and are not that motivated to give money to the party.
That is why the Democrats are where they are at I would guess.
