Also, this is weird to me:
The GOP scandals also offer a clear opportunity to remind working class voters that the Republican Party is wholly dedicated to priviledge for elites --- "a larger argument about class in America" in contrast to "Clintonian incrementalism" ...
How do Dems explain the fact that year after year, the GOP is the party which brings in more small political donations from individuals than the Dem Party?? Apparently, people who do not have much believe the GOP will best look out for the interests of not so wealthy individuals.
