I agree, but we gotta start somewhere. 'Must Issue' is much better than 'May Issue' like NJ where only the rich, famous, or politically connected get permits.

We'll take it back only a slice at a time, the same way as it was taken from us. The dream of a Supreme Court case overturning the '34 NFA, the '68 GCA and the '86 machine gun ban is just that, a dream.

Great report. Keep it handy to send to other states that are trying to ban guns because "they kill innocent people." Too bad the citizens of San Francisco didn't read this report before they voted to ban guns.

I don't know the answer to that but it reminded me that the TSRA annual meeting is a couple of miles from me. I hope I didn't miss it.

Good deal Shooter....... if ya go ask the question for this TSRA Life Member if ya will please ......:o)

Hope yer well !!

Seems unfair to hold one CHL holder accountable in their vehicle and someone under the travlers law gets a free pass on that requirement. Specifically since I "think" the CHL shows up in the DPS data base available to the trooper anyway when he comes up to my vehicle on a traffic stop......

Seems to be nothing more than an "audit trap" anyway (IMHO).....

Stay safe !

True. Certain parts, especially some saloons could be quit exciting, but in general the streets were very safe. It was true that almost everyone was armed, even the ladies. As a result, common street crime was rare. There just weren't any muggings. Stagecoach & trains were a different matter, but even those were risky for the crooks.

And from what I could find, even that was rare when compared to convenience stores today.
