Why would a Lancaster County Judge not want you to see evidence that cleared a man of criminal charges?

5thEstate.com has been following family court Judge, Wayne Hummer, after receiving many complaints regarding Hummer's bias and improper rulings that damage families and destroy careers and lives. The accusations came from many quarters and from people from all walks of life. The accusations were seemingly outrageous, but were they true? I am linking to this piece from Lancaster County, PA, not to show people what is going on there but to show what is happening in "family" courts across the country. Actually, the "fathers rights" movement is replete with such stories, and the leaders of the movement have been trying for years to stem some of this rampant corruption. One reason they are failing is that many of them don't seem to understand the overall picture. Many of these same people don't understand--or care to understand--that judicial tyranny started a long time ago, and with their--our--tacit consent. How many of us care that Wade-Roe was an end-run around the Constitution? Many are as short-sighted as the conservatives who support the NRA. Before the last senatorial election in PA, the NRA sent out special mailings asking members to please vote for Senator Arlen Specter, who had always dutifully supported the Second Amendment. Yet they were ignoring that many conservative members could not vote for Specter on conscience grounds because of his liberal politics. In fact, the NRA's politics had a self-defeating tendency: By opposing staunch conservatives like Robert Bork, Specter has helped pack the Supreme Court with liberal leftwing activists. These people have no regard whatsoever for the Second Amendment or any other human right. So in the long run, this policy of supporting an otherwise leftwing politician because he supports your one little cause is doomed to failure. We men tolerated the Wade-Roe decision because it was part of the sexual liberation we were hoping for. We jumped on this bandwagon, not understanding that it was like one of those nice showers the Jews were promised as they marched single-file to the gas chambers. We allowed the killing of the unborn because it was convenient for us all. Yet the other side of the coin was the horror that is "family" court. There is a way that seemeth right unto man but the end thereof are the ways of death.

Excuse me, despite all Judge Bork's sterling qualities, he is not a defender of the second amemdment as applying to individual rights.
