Kim Jong Il Has Face Transplant, Comes to US as Ted Turner WASHINGTON, DC --- A recent story about a new face transplant procedure has now explained a bizarre interview with Ted Turner by Wolf Blitzer.
Turner returned from a trip to North Korea this week and told Wolf Blitzer that Kim Jong Il isn't evil and should be given a chance to give up his own nuclear capabilities and be trusted. His reason? Kim Jong Il doesn't look evil in photographs.
Hours after the bizarre exchange, federal agents arrested the person looking like Ted Turner and confirmed he was really Kim Jong Il after a recent face transplant in France. While the agents had hoped to detain the dictator, an ACLU lawyer managed to sue the government and require them to fly Kim Jong Il first class back to North Korea with $500 in spending money...
