Before the 2004 election, one of my brothers forwarded a piece of liberal propaganda that was forwarded to him by one of the people on his distribution list. I promptly did a "reply to all" and tore the argument apart, piece by piece, with documentation.
Of course, one of the moonbats on his list had to respond with a biting rebuttal: "I see that all of the money you make has blinded you to the truth!"
I just sat there shaking my head in disbelief. This loser does not know me at all. He/she/it had no way of knowing that my husband and I are far from rich -- not poor, but certainly not rich, either -- and that we were still recovering from one of the worst financial crises in either of our lives when I wrote that e-mail.
Typical. Can't answer the argument, so they have to make personal attacks based on stereotypes.

Ask him how the multibillionaire George Soros or the quasibillionaire Kerrys were able to avoid the evils of all that money they have.
