Subject: ANNOUNCEMENT
I wanted to share with all of you some news about a realignment of our dayside coverage. Beginning after the first of the year, we are going to increase our live news coverage on the weekends. With the addition of our new program with Connie Chung and Maury Povich, we will be in live or topical news programming from 8am until 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. This more than doubles our current live weekend programming! In order to accomplish this, we will be shifting some resources in the coming month. After a year of great programs, "Connected: Coast to Coast" will have it's final telecast on Friday, December 9. I'm very proud of this program and the work of Ron, Monica and Sharon Newman and their entire team. They brought smart coverage and internet reporting to cable news and set a very high standard of coverage. As for the future of that time slot we'll have some exciting new programming at noon which we'll be announcing soon. The weekend of December 17th will mark the final airings of MSNBC at the Movies and MSNBC Entertainment Hot List. I want to thank Sharon Tay, Scott Leon and his team for all their hard work on the program over the last year. They did a terrific job and we should all be very proud of what they accomplished.
How does Rick Kaplan keep getting jobs?
LOL!
Ron Jr. is an embarassment to the Reagan name.
Ronnie will always have the ballet.
Good question! If he gets the ax at MSNBC does he go to CNBC?
I wish Monica would guest host for Scarborough on a permanent basis.
I really liked that guy when he was in Congress. He's got the PMSNBC Syndrome.
Pray for W and Our Freedom Fighters
Pray for W and Our Freedom Fighters
Someone needs to call that guy in Springfield who was planning to watch and let him know.
Yep..it was such a great show and RON and MONICA did such a great job that they are cancelling the show!!! LOL
MSNBC is a joke!
She cleans up pretty well, doesn't she?
Non-Reagan is out of a job? How sad.
Yummy! Who's the babe co star? I'll watch the show...with the sound off.
He's taken out CNN and even managed to draw fewer viewers to MSNBC. I'd like to see him at the Today Show next (I can't decide who I despise more, Couric or Lauer).
Gee and I thought this one would propel MSNBC to new heights. /sarcasm
Monica Crowley should have stayed at Fox...perhaps they will take her back...
LOL. Other than the hosts, will anyone notice?
Monica Crowley is absolutely adorable. I will miss her.
Ron Reagan is just too feminine for my tastes.
Loosing share? TRY THE TRUTH!
