In any discussion of the threat of radical Islamic fundamentalism, it is imperative to point out that militant Islamic extremism is not synonymous with mainstream Islam. Those who engage in extremism today are simply practicing their totalitarian interpretation of a religion. The vast majority of Muslims do not support in any way the politics of the extremists.

But...but...but... I thought this was a trustworthy source! Is it not? ;-)

On a lighter note... it took me a couple of readings of "Militant Islamic groupshave actually . . ." to figure out it was a typo and what was meant. At first, I was picturing them passing the communal razor! Guess I need sleep.

I agree. The vast majority of muslims are women and children and old folks and prisoners or patients sick in hospitals or living on mountain tops in Pakistan where even if they wanted to they couldn't inflict much damage due to their isolation, age, poor health or decrepitude. I don't know how many that leaves to divide between those who may or may not be planning or simply hoping to annihilated you, you filthy kuffar you, but this I can guarantee, given half a chance, those who openly refuse to play the islamonut game or speak against jihad and violence, will suffer the same fate as the infidel.
Now go to bed. Sleep well and dream of impact craters. I'm praying for a new one somewhere close to Mecca, myself. Or an earthquake, I'm easily satisfied.
