The high rise buildings look like a place called Cedex De Defense which is the business district of Paris. My company has a branch there and I visited it last year.

I think this view is like looking from the Eiffel Tower West/slightly North across the Seine toward Trocadero, past the very posh 16th Arrondissment, Porte Dauphine, the peripherique, past the Bois de Boulogne and toward the banlieu of Neuilly sous Seine, Courbevoie and perhaps Nanterre and Pontoise. Sorry for any misspellings.
