Joe had just retired and Lo and Behold, he's back in government on a "Secret Mission" and his CIA wife recommended him. What a coincidence!!

Cooper was the jerk who got used in this. Mandy should have told Matt BEFORE he made his phone calls to Rove and Libby "as instructed by Mandy", that Hillary is her best friend, not Matt.
