Can anyone tell me if this is true..I cant find a link. What hypocrits. What is going on in the Democrat Party?
Black Liberals past the age of 21 have been so brain washed, they are often more intolerant of their own people than the KKK.
One of my best friends, a black, left the rats during the 96 elections and campaigned against the first black president.
The insults that he got from his family members on both sides was vicious and vile.
He would laugh about brothers, sisters, cousins and his Dad saying, "He wasn't black enough."
The Christmas after that election, he received a lot packages of Oreos from his relatives, his wive's and other blacks he knew. He would email those who gave him the Oreos and thank them when he ate them.
9/11 brought some of these family members around including his wife. His daughter, who is a senior in college and is now 21, has realized that her Dad wasn't an Oreo and stupid re politics. She came around because of the same mentality against Condi Rice.
This just proves that in today’s Democrat party, it's not about BEING black, it's about ACTING black. And of course, the black Democrats are the self-anointed final authority on what is black and what is not. Who's the master now?
IMHO, Michael Steele has more courage and conviction than the majority of Republican senators.....who all happen to be white!
That is funny! Bill Clinton is the only Black left in America.
I just wish KKK Byrd would collapse of heart failure so W. Virginia could get a real senator in 06!
The Senate is great theater. Byrd is going to be a hard act to follow, and so is Stevens. Granted not all of them are so creative all the time, but even masterful consistency in delivery of the classical old lines like Donald Sutherland can be appreciated for what it is.
Unfortunately, this maybe just the beginning.
As someone who has been referred to as a housen*, massa's bedwench, nigress, grandma's little white girl, Prissy (from GWtW), princess oreo, the whitest black girl she's ever seen -- none of this surprises me. There were other names, but you get my meaning.
Oh, did I forgot to mention that those are names some of my loving family (aunts,uncles, cousins, and 1 sister)and former friends use. Since my parents' deaths, I have very little patience for or contact with them. Life is too short to be miserable.
Even though I'm in IL, I plan to support Mr. Steele and contact the democrats/liberals who unfairly attack him. They need to know that Mr. Steele not alone. I'm immune to the namecalling--my family and former friends already put me through the gauntlet for being a conservative black.
Grampa Dave, your friend has a patience it took me a few years to grow into.
I would simply walk out, lay the phone down and let them rant to dead air, or throw them out of my house.
Now I give them brief dissertation on the joy of being true to myself.
I also have a conservative daugther (1st year college student). The hope is in keeping our children on a conservative path.
Yes, sadly it's true - there's a story about it in today's Washington Times.

IMO, the Steele race is going to get a lot messier before it's over, too.

Michael Steele is a fine, fine man and a true conservative. Another Catholic, pro-lifer. That is why the Democrats hate him.

My friend does have a lot of patience, which comes from believing in himself and what he stands for. What is amazing to me is his lack of hatred for the intolerance heaped on him.
His wife is not tolerant at all. She has asked her Mother and Sisters to leave her home when they start the liberal bad mouthing. Her mother got the message, when her daughter packed her bags, loaded her ass in the car and dropped her off at the local airport. Now when they visit Bush Bashing, Republican Bashing and bashing their hosts is not allowed.

One of his tricks was to lay the phone down to let his relatives and friends rant on him. He said he could mow his back yard during his dad's and sisters's rants.

I think about and pray for our black conservatives/republicans and Hispanic conservatives/republicans for the insults and ill feelings from their own relatives and friends.

You and I over the years have discussed how this black friend was treated by his family and friends. He labeled them the Black Klanster Gangs.

Thank you for your supportive words. I don't have any hatred for my detractors either. I just pray they see the light. I keep flipping the switch but they've unscrewed the bulb.
