BUSH RED STATES TEAM STILL SUPPORTS HIM

Liberal media and Democrats are trying to make it appear as if the Republican Party is splintered. Not so.

It’s a family. Family has conflict at times. Yet family with a moral base does not split altogether. So it is with the Republicans standing alongside their US President George W. Bush.

As The Washington Times’ Donald Lambro and Ralph Z. Hallow report, ". . . conservatives said the family quarrel was over. . ." The quarrel of course focused on Harriet Miers. But now that issue is over and out. On with the family unity. And it is there.

There is no way that Red States voters would desert a President who believes basically in the same fundamentals as they: American Judeo-Christian heritage, defending womb babies, freedom of religion, biblical definitions of morality and marriage and sexuality, opposition to activist judges, decency in government, high standards for the nation’s schools, and return of all illegals back to their homelands.

Surely those having some disagreements with Mr. Bush recently could never find a political home in the Democrat Party. That is the death party: death to unborn children, Judeo-Christian heritage in America, freedom of religion, femininity and masculinity as traditionally defined, biblical marriage and sexuality, constitutional judges and ethical absolutes.

The MSM is trying to create a self-fulfilling story. Katrina and Libby gave them the handle they need to bring Bush down.

I can support President Bush, and still be really pissed off when he makes a call wrong.
I will still be there to cover his back, when needed.
All I ask for is the same in return.
I have been ready for outright war on liberalism for many years, but I am damned sure tired of close order drill exercises.
We have had enough practice. Time to kick ass, or die!
