The key to man-made religions is the function of 'doing a thing that God must acknowledge', other than that which He has ordained by already doing. 'Not by works, lest any man should boast ..."

Unlike most I have read the Koran, Qurran or however you spell it (its spelled Koran on my copy).
The book is rambling invocations of Allah and what Allahs
will might be.
The book promotes the subjugation of females.
The book advises adherents to lie to their enemies.
It is disgusting trash, it advocates killing of jews.
Hitler would be proud of you Islamist/Facists.
May death find you quickly!

“understand that the present day phenomena are but ephemeral aberrations"

Let me say this first, your post is quite enlightening, and a breath of fresh air. Your tone gives me some hope that the big three religions can some day live in peace. I must however bring up a question that arose while reading what you wrote.

If the present day violence from Islamic Judaist is simply an ephemeral aberration, why has Jihad been waged against the Jews and Christians for so many hundreds of years? In Israel, Moslems and Christians are allowed to live peacefully together, and so is the case in the United States, and Europe, the list goes on. However, not so is the case in countries that are dominated by Islamic law.

You seen like a very reasonable type, and I’m not attacking you personally. I just don’t understand why Islamic nations are so intolerant of others. It seams like, to the layman, that there is a direct correlation between the Islamic nation states, the terrorists, and the religion. Although, it is considered politically incorrect to mention this, it’s the way I see it.

Religious or not however the religion may be if someone is stupid he remains stupid. But i do believe that all religions are not equivalents. From the other hand you don't choose the place of your birth, your parents...
So just try to be free, finding your own way of thinking and believing..."Freedom is not free" and needs a hard work and courage but it's so nice
