You misunderstand the drive. It's for return of control to the people and the states. It's against imperial judicial aggression. Then we fight it out politically. We'll win some states, lose others. That's too bad, but the main thing is to get the courts, federal and state, out of it and leave it with the legislators, where it belongs.

Any state "won" would rapidly go bankrupt through skyrocketing welfare costs. Thus any "victory" would be Pyrrhic. Since the innumeracy is not among the politicians' moral failings, I doubt you'll be able to "win" ANY state.

Because laws against abortion are about the definition of murder which is crime properly defined by the state legislatures and by Congress for areas under federal jurisdiction.
