Yes my friends these are images taken in a Cuban hospital in Havana, the Havana that El Presidente doesn't let outsiders see.

The tragedy of it all is that the empty heads full of mush and sweet gibbly goo perpetuate this by becoming Castro's apologist.

As they are tasting of what little good life that Cuba has to offer for a brief moment, Cubans are suffering in the reality of the hell Cuba actually is.
