No, his Presidential commission on tax fairness will take care of the tax raising ideas for him. He needs the money to pay for his spending.

Read my lips... when interest rates skyrocket on a collapsing dollar, Bush will attempt to raise taxes.

The big question is, will he try to cut spending?
