He added that it would be important for Freeh and his sources to testify about this under oath If we're to believe Freeh, GHWB can attest to his claim as he was instrumental in getting Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah to permit the FBI to question the bombing suspects.
Will it stop GHW Bush and GW Bush from hanging out with Clinton?
Not likely as he was well aware (see above) of the snake he was befriending.

Another brilliant post Mia. Last week we drove through Little Rock and there wasn't one reference to Bubba's Bridge to Nowhere on any major road. Nor is there any to be found in the Arkansas map that we got in December 2004. You can't find it unless you happen to go past it. It is the UGLIEST structure I've ever seen, and really the joke is, it resembles nothing more than a trailer on stilts.
Keep up the good work Mia!

Great work, Mia T. I saw the bit on Hannity and Colmes with Newt Gingerich and I couldn't believe how Colmes could be so complacent and dismissive of what Clinton did.

Mia---is the house of cards (cads) unraveling?
I am incensed, in the sick way bout everyone here gets when they consider bill klinton. But to consider this smarmy coward with the zipper problem actually hinting that money for his crappy LIEbrary might keep the USA from pressuring the Saudi's to allow for terrorists to be questioned JUST MAKES ME WANT TO PUKE!

I am just getting around to reading your excellent post. I hope you follow this closly "The implication that a sitting U.S. President would actively solicit funds from a foreign head of state is too chilling for words." In reference to Clinton's request for money for his library from the Saudis. My guess is this was not the first request from Clinton inappropriately soliciting funds as well as sex - I have always felt he use the Oval Office for private gain from the start.
Good on Ya Mia, keep up the wonderful work!

I was always slightly negative about Freeh, especially since he was krinton's boy. When 911 hit us, I was (and am) infuriated that he wasn't dragged into the investigation to tell all he knew and explain why he didn't do anything. Instead, he kowtowed with the usual good bureaucratic mumblings.
Like a lot of Washington people, he has maintained a confusing profile. Is he a reliable and dedicated FBI man, or isn't he. Evidence I've read reliably indicates neither. In these days, I'm a whole lot more comfortable with somebody who is wearing a team jersey than somebody who just comes to play and doesn't care which side he's on.
For the life of me, I cannot shake the suspicion that Freeh's tell-all book is timed early enough and with just enough dirt to clear the path for later revelations down the road when the sow follows the boars path. At this time, the value of Freeh's revelations seems to be mainly that he gets ballyhooed by conservatives and we get to say we were right - truth is, nobody much seems to care but us.
The press will seal this book out of the spotlights and the left will ignore it completely. The upshot is that Mr. & Mrs. America will not hear about it and, if they do, they won't likely care because they have been inoculated with krinton fatigue from wa-a-a-ay back.
I will grant that this seems to be ammunition for targets that are susceptible, but in the larger picture it is, unfortunately, too little too late.
