That would be Robert A. Cook, PE, a Free Republic stalwart during the 2000 election mess, and thereafter. Many was the Freeper that was heartened and uplifted by reading his informative posts during that time.

I can never recall Robert...PE's full nic, though I've tried many times (and succeeded) in pinging him to various articles.

Say, there, ... Robert A. Cook, PE ... would you please create another nic for yourself at FR that is a bit easier- something like Robert...PE or some such, for people like me to be able to recall?
