The fine for "demonstrating without a permit" is $75.00. I won't pay it. My court date is November 16 th. Any lawyers who want to help me challenge an unconstitutional law?

I do think it is crap that you have to have a permit to demonstrate or protest. The whole idea smells. That being said, screw her and the horse who rode in on her.

I doubt it, two cents each time will take awhile. Seriously though, I heard today she wants to start charging money to speak. We didn't see that one coming did we?! All these Liberals really care about is money and the power it can buy. (If I were an expert in my field IE a doctor etc. I would charge for speaking too, but the difference is that people like that are charging for their hard earned knowledge, not making money off of other people's suffering. Not only that, the only thing Cindy Sheehan is an expert on is being a piece of human s***.
Permits? We don't need no stinkin' permits!
I would consider paying it just to yank her chain.
