Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) addressed the 35th annual legislative conference of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, a non-profit group that lobbies the 43 black members of Congress and others to enact legislation for social, economic and educational development.
"Generation after generation of inner-city blacks have been stuck in a cycle of poverty and crime," said Obama. "For this I blame President Bush."
"Sure, the government provides homes for poor blacks, but they're only apartments," complained Obama. "These homes have cable TV, but it's only basic cable. The government gives them food stamps, but we let them waste them on junk food or trade them for liquor and cigarettes."
"These wretched conditions lead too many blacks to hopeless lives of crime and substance abuse," Obama continued. "Shamefully, most of the crimes are committed against other blacks. We need a program to more equitably distribute the victimization to non-minorities and upper-class neighborhoods."
Obama urged conference attendees to get behind his "Crime Equalization Act" -- legislation that would provide funding to disperse some of the worst criminal elements currently concentrated in minority neighborhoods more evenly across the nation.

Don't forget the militant one Fara-con.
Which premium cable channels would Obama like the residents of public housing to have??
Obama is a p.o.s.
Anybody get a handle on his true bio yet?
I thought Obama was just a good old fashioned liberal Democrat. Now I know, he's a really a kook.
This is so close to the truth it almost issue funny.;)
issue = isn't
"Generation after generation of inner-city blacks have been stuck in a cycle of poverty and crime," said Obama. "For this I blame lack of education."
Let them? It is this commie nanny state mentality that, for some unGodly reason, got us into people being on the government dole.
Here's an idea: MAKE THEM GET A JOB! TAKE AWAY THE CIGARETTE MONEY!
Oh, no, whoever proposes those kind of cutbacks are accused of being racists. GASP! Anyone, with any sense, can figure out that Free Riders WILL ALWAYS ride for free if you keep offering them a ride a no charge.
And, when I first started reading this, I thought it was Scrappleface.
Once again, the lines of utter sarcasm and silliness blur with the mainstream libertard/demoCREEP party.
The "generations after generations...I blame Bush" comment had me laughing OUT LOUD. Ridiculous.
Unbelievable! How did this Shiite-for-brains EVER get into, much less graduate from, Harvard??
No one knows that it's satire because the democrats are satire in & of themselves. It's redundant.
AS I said made member of the Daley crime family.
Let's see, George W. Bush has been President for a little more than 4 1/2 years, and.........
....what a hate-filled man.
With this statement, Obama qualifies for his very own Stuck on Stupid Award.
Or would be, if TFA had a source.

You fooled me. Sometimes real life is so Onion-like
Man, it is so close to truth that I could not tell it was satire, until I went to the link and read the whole thing.
Now I feel silly.
Good post. Had me going. Despite what some here say, it is funny. Also disturbing that so many would believe that crap if the words were really spoken.
Obama urged conference attendees to get behind his "Crime Equalization Act" -- legislation that would provide funding to disperse some of the worst criminal elements currently concentrated in minority neighborhoods more evenly across the nation.
Sure ! Disperse them to all the areas that have the most LIBERAL concealed carry and self protection laws.
I'll never forget what a high up officer in the L.A.P.D. told me when the FIRST (196?) L.A. riots broke out. The police knew it wouldn't get far because the rioters would become SO diluted by the sheer area, they'd be killed off before they got very few miles. Their attitude was, if they want to kill, maim and burn.....let 'em do it to their own area.
