Seeing how GA is not in the projected path of Rita I would think they are over reacting just a tad

There will be supply disruptions during and after Rita. This is prudent planning. Fully 25% of refined fuels come out of the Texas gulf ports. The yankee states would do well to follow his lead.

Their gas does come out the area projected to be hit. IF you recall Katrina caused temporary shortages in Atlanta as oil prices went to between $4 and $6 a gallon. Jeb Bush told Floridians to expect gas shortages in the state, probably ensuring that they will occur as everyone rushes to fill up.

He 's trying to head off a gas rush....you see, recently the liberal reporters of WSB AM here were responsible for the gas rush that drove prices up to $5/gallon over a mis-informed report about gas line pumping...they hyped it like the world was going to end...This morning, they were advising gas would go to $4/gallon based on some goddam 'expert's' claims...

They are EVIL and they should be run out of town on a rail.
Tar and feathers for all of them.....
