The Mayor of NO will pay. It's a shame he left his own people to fend for themselves. Where were the buses for the nursing homes.

I think the people do not understand how disaster preparedness and FEMA work. They are thinking the President and his people should have moved in Monday. The state and city politicians are in charge until they give the order for that city. The president warned the Governor. He knows the responsibility of running a state. Obviously she did not.
