For two weeks, the Radio Equalizer's MSM clock (supplied by BoreAmerica) has been logging the mainstream media's non-coverage of Air America's scandal, where it appears to have received $875,000 in taxpayer funds, intended for a Bronx-based community center.
More recently, we've been discussing what the first New York Times story might include. Perhaps both sides, rather than merely covering for Al Franken? Would they acknowledge the blogosphere, for picking up their slack?
Now, we finally have their version of the story, 16 days later. Is it time to remove the MSM clock?

finally
What a bunch of absolute liars.
I can tell you this: Any officer of Piquant LLC who authorizes a payment of $875,000 from the corporation when
there is no legal obligation to do so, can be hauled into
court for malfeasance of office...Ditto to any of the members of the LLC who agree.
This tells me there is enough on the record to make Piquant liable for both the assets and liabilities of their Air America purchase.
More than that. They are clearly guilty of a criminal conspiracy to defraud, creating fraudulent business entities to hide ownership and deny liability, etc. If Martha Stewart got 5 months plus then these guys should all be hung, shot, drawn and quartered and elecrocuted. Including Al Franken and Janeane Garofalo.
Let's throw in some Sarbanes-Oxley and RICO, while we're at it, hmmmmmmm?
tick, tick, tick, (did anybody mention liberal scandal!), tick, tick, tick...
