Here's the math: The NY democrats go into every election with over 90% of the African-American vote, over 90% of the Jewish vote; maybe 85% of the 'Hispanic' vote; and overwhelming counts in the Union vote, The Gay Vote, The Native American vote... you name the special interest group, the NY democrats have it wrapped up. In Southern New York State, that's all she wrote, folks. The good Norwegians of Bay Ridge Brooklyn will turn out for the Republican. All 7 of them.

The white men of the country are usually about 65% Republican. The deal maker or breaker is the WHITE WOMAN VOTER. She is fluid ... can go either way. The women can make ... or break ...Jeanine Pirro in New York State. Problem: I think young women think Hillary is GOD.

It is going to take a hard, smart, and very costly effort to ensure (a) a really big turnout (b) the white women's vote and (IMHO that's the combo that put Pataki in, for better or worse) (c) a smack-down on the vote fraud that characterizes NYC votes in the rotten boroughs of the Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn, as well as in, I am sorry to say, highly ethnocentric communities throughout the state, and the 'urban' areas of the other big towns, where African American churches use federal dollars to van their congregations to 8 or 9 different precincts, but not before having voted them absentee innumerable times. And remember, in NYC, Like Philly, Baltimore, Chicago, Detroit,King County, and St. Louis, the dead are merely absent democrats who vote early and often (actually they vote late, and exactly as needed.)

Easy to say. Very expensive to buy. In addition to the money, there's the problem of smarts. The Republicans could have done better for Lazio if they had used the Yellow Pages to select their advertising and organizational people. If even one of the usual cast of those Clymers is involved in the Pirro deal, she's a goner.

I hope The DOJ can get in here to some good purpose, as they did to smack down fraud in Missouri and Maryland.

Interesting case. I really think, in my cynical-veteran--of-many- a- Republican campaign, that the GOP just might care more about the damage Pirro can do to Hillary, and don't give a hoot whether she pulls out a victory or not.

I agree with your assessment of Pirro. As for hubby's alleged Mob connection, it was Jeanine's!! crimebusting wiretap that provided the only link, (a highly suspect link).

I really think Pirro has a good chance of winning....once the word gets around of how abusive Hillary is, and it will get out...

Also, don't forget Donald Trump likes Pirro.....maybe alot of people don't listen to The Donald, but he does have some pull in N. Y.

And once this Air America gets out in full bloom, the media has got to open it up soon or they are going to get blasted by the cable people, Al Franken is Hillary's dearest friend on earth...and some of that will rub off, no matter how much they try to hid it...

This Peter thing had some effect on her....I have a good friend in N.Y. and she told me there was some people she works with that didn't think that was to good....

If the Clinton smear machine trys to down Pirro, I'm afraid the people aren't going to take to kindly to it, and it will work in Pirro's favor and against Thunder Thighs...

And who else is she going to hug and kiss? Mrs. Arafat is gone, along with everyone else....after that stunt....

My math appears to be consistent with yours.
In order to have any chance of winning (in order to offset her almost universal repulsiveness to men), missus clinton must get virtually every moderate female vote extant...

which she won't when we fill them in on the clintons' 30-year record of abusive and criminal treatment of women...

or when we inform the 'security moms' of the clintons' utter failure to fight terrorism.

• What every congressman and senator knew in 1998
• What everyone knows today

We used to execute rapists. Today we elect them president?

Most of the problems we face today are traceable to the Senate's utter failure to do its constitutional duty in 1998.

P.S. I believe hillary got 70% of the Jewish vote in 2000. An increasing number of younger Jewish voters are voting Republican. Post-9/11, even some older Jewish voters have changed their thinking,. My 85-year-old relative, for example, who voted democrat all his life, voted for Bush in '04. I don't believe he will ever vote Democrat again.

The question is always going to be, "What did Clinton have on him?" If this theory is not sustainable, what the heck theory is?!

But that's history. Here's what counts now. I think we had better not count on the common sense of the voters in knowing just what evil charlatans the Clintons are. They have heard it too long. They have heard too much. Plus, the MSM has always been able to make it look like the worst episodes in the Clintons' record are the wild ravings of right-wing fanatics. The truth about these people is so bad, no one believes it!

The visceral hatred the NYC intelligentsia has for the Republican Party is extreme. I believe it descends in a direct line from the 1930's Communist Party of their parents and grandparents. The fact, for example, that Hillary is a demonstrable anti-semite means nothing to them. What matters is that she is ideologically in tune and attuned to their extreme left-wing views. Politically correct means more than personally reprehensible.

So, I fear that even if Pirro has the guts to go for Hillary's jugular, she will serve the GOP well, but might not win the election.

Note Bush 41's allusion, during the presidential debate, to clinton corruption. Note also that Bush understood well the clinton threat to the security of our nation.

But that wasn't enough, apparently, for Bush to end clinton's career once and for all. And we all know the sorry result of that failure.

The way I see it, the possibilities for Bush failure are, in descending order of probability, the following:

1. Whereas the clintons failed because they put corrupt, cowardly, megalomaniacal self-interest above loyalty to country, the Bushes failed because they put their refined aesthetic sensibilities, family loyalty and misplaced honor above loyalty to country.
