It seems to me that the "deconstruction" process would affect the central nervous system in much the same way as a deluge of sulfuric acid. The only way to avoid it wuold be to have the bandwidth to de-res the entire body all at once, and nearly instantaneously. And that's ALOTTA bandwidth!

The "Engineering" approach that I am using is to envision what it would take for a tremendous surge of energy, such as from an extremely powerful lightning bolt, or the wave-front of a nuclear blast, to "deconstruct" a gullible victim brave volunteer.

Physics dictates that everything is reversible, so all we have to do is capture the outflowing information stream, and then reverse its operation in the reconstruction chamber.

Minus any insects, of course.
