Dear Pride at Work, I am writing this open letter to you because you are an affiliated AFL-CIO constituency group whose purpose is to mobilize support between organized labor and the lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender groups. PLEASE RELEASE JOHN SWEENEY. So that he may again recognize his Christian workers who live according to the Word of God and their Bible, which says the practice of homosexuality is an abomination to God.The line has been drawn in the sand and has never been clearer. Whether workers are Democrat, Republican or Independent and whether they are autoworkers, Wal-Mart employees, housewives, schoolteachers or preachers they will either stand and fight on this issue or their families will fall. If we are to avoid the destruction of marriage, we must pass a federal constitutional amendment to preserve the one-man, one-woman marriage. Throughout millennia every nation and every religious faith has supported the one-man, one-woman marriage, which has advanced society, given a balanced home life to our children and stability to our civilizations. State after state has passed ban after ban on the right for men to marry men and women to marry women, and workers are vehemently against their union officials on these moral issues. Americas union officials are being blindsided by the people that practice homosexuality. You at PAW are using the unions power and influence to legitimize and promote the lifestyle of those who choose to practice homosexuality at the expense of the unions own Christian members. The ultra liberal direction the union officials have been going in all areas is apprehensible to Christian workers.
