A nuclear end to the United States within the next year is predicted by several intelligence analysts if a plan by Osama bin Laden is executed, sealing an apocalyptic fate for the beacon of the free world and Western civilization.

Yes. He wrote a book on this subject last year, and now he's publishing another book on this subject.

They are definitely arming for the knockout blow. That's the logical assumption. Anything less would simple enrage the populace. A knockout blow rendering several large metro areas uninhabitable would change the rage to fear and loathing of the government.
We are screwed unless the FBI is doin one hell of a covert job. I wasn't encouraged watching Nightline when it showed them deploying assets to play tail the teenager in Lodi.
Give Americans some credit here. Nuking our cities would not result in fear and loathing of the government. Statements like that remind me of how throughout our history our adversaries have ALWAYS misunderestimated us.
Besides, the democrats already fear and loathe the government since they don't control it.
I agree with you, the rage and loathing would be directed at the terrorists, not our government. Any one with a brain knows they can't stop this completely.
Considering the brief blip in history that is the United States of America, we have some impressive accomplishments {Certainly, with God's help}. I can identify nation/players in the "end times" scenario, and we are strangely absent. We can speculate as to why.
Two possibilities come to mind.
We remove ourselves from the world stage.
Someone else does, or helps.
Someone's gotta check his dosage.
You have to give them money to get the details. You'd think if they really believed this, they'd be willing to share the details for free in order to reach as many people as possible.
