...Only if you want to give Conservatives a bad name, wind up as political fodder for the Left, and potentially get jailed, sued, or otherwise hassled.
Disrupting the Left's private gatherings is a bad, bad idea.
We have no need of such Brownshirt tactics, either. After all, our ideas sell easily to the Public. Getting our "message" out is simple...as our audience, the Public, wants to hear us.
The modern Left, on the other hand, might resort to these sorts of low tricks...but we on the Right certainly shouldn't.
