In a very classy gesture over 50 faculty members at Santa Monica College sent a letter to the Governor to apologize for students and staff members who heckled him as he presented the key note address a their graduation proceedings back on June 14th.

Don't be a cynic. Believe instead that they saw the error of their ways; I know it is foolish to see the best in people. Keep saying it "The glass is half-full", and maybe we will all believe.

"democracy" Even the students at Santa Monica College can't get it right.
I am so tired of everyone referring to our political system as a democracy. We are not supposed to be a democracy and our founding fathers feared a democracy. We are a Republic until such time that the people revolt and decide to put the top %10 of the country in charge of the citizens... oops. We are what our founding feared in more ways than one. Let's get back to our roots shall we.
We can start by impeaching judges.
